About Walter Zuluaga Restrepo

With numerous successful exhibitions under his belt Walter Zuluaga is a force to be reckoned with in the world of “Latin America’s Magic Realism.”

Walter Zuluaga was born in 1976 in the city of Pereira, Colombia. He mastered his artistic technique in drawing and painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Pereira. From a young age his talent was quickly acknowledged and had sell-out exhibitions in the cities of Armenia, Pereira, Manizales and Medellín.

In 2005 he traveled to Valencia, Spain to begin his studies at the GAIA Art and Restoration Academy. He continued his success with several highly acclaimed exhibitions in Spain and attained European recognition.
